Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product or packaging, if applicable
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost to you.
In most cases, there is no need to return damaged merchandise.
Standard Returns
To qualify for a standard return, the item should:
- Be unused.
- Include all original parts and accessories.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Be in resalable condition.
To begin a return, contact us at support@thefunstash.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We never charge restocking fees.
